Hey, I’m Kate – a creative with an eye for detail and a love for making dresses fit just right. I run RYN Alterations, an alternative bridal alterations studio in Cardiff.
I grew up surrounded by sewing—my mother made wedding dresses, and both my Nana and Grandy were seamstresses. I went on to study Fashion Design at the University of South Wales. Between working in bridal, I worked in streetwear, giving me a fresh perspective on fit and design.
With experience in customer service and a background in both garment work and digital design, I bring a mix of technical skills and creativity to every project. I’m all about supporting local businesses and creating a relaxed, welcoming space for my clients.
