We understand that some brides may require expedited services due to time constraints. To accommodate rush orders and ensure timely delivery of alterations, we have a rush fee policy in place.
Eligibility: Rush services are subject to availability and approval by the Seamstress. The eligibility for rush alterations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Timeframe: Rush orders are defined as alterations needed within a timeframe of two weeks or less from the date of the first fitting appointment.
Rush Fee Amount: A rush fee of 20% of the total alteration cost will be applied to all rush orders. This fee covers the additional resources, extended hours, and expedited processing required to complete the alterations within the specified timeframe.
Payment: The rush fee is due at the final collection appointment alongside the balance for the regular alterations.
Appointment Availability: Rush orders may require flexibility in scheduling, including availability during weekends or outside of regular business hours, to ensure the timely completion of alterations.
Cancellation and Changes: Once a rush order is confirmed, cancellation or changes to the order may not be possible or may incur additional charges. It is important to provide accurate and final information regarding the alterations required during the consultation to avoid any complications.
Quality Assurance: While we strive to provide high-quality alterations, it is important to note that rush orders may have limited time for fittings and adjustments. Every effort will be made to achieve the desired fit, but it is crucial for the bride to be available for any necessary fittings and provide prompt feedback during the rush alteration process.
