Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your bridal alterations appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of £36 will be applied when the client decides not to proceed with the fitting work done in the first fitting. This fee helps cover the time and resources allocated for your appointment.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your bridal alterations appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time without incurring a cancellation fee.
Exceptions: In case of an emergency or extenuating circumstances, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
Payment of Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee must be paid within 7 days of the canceled appointment. Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
